This looks about the size of the pumpkin we pressure cooked for pumpkin pies! I think we got 17 cups of cooked pumpkin out of it! I love having fresh pumpkin all year long to make pies, breads and muffins! Glad you get to celebrate with your family! We don't get to travel this year so we celebrated with our friends this past weekend!
